Re: Pain Killer Suggestions...plsFrom: Tara (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed Mar 8 15:13:12 2006
You may need a pain medication switch or you may be getting low blood sugar. I am on progesterone which causes me not to eat very well which causes me to get low blood sugar. Progesterone containing products have been known to do this. I get shaky, very nauseated (which cycles into not eating again), lightheaded, bad headaches, and just a sick feeling. I find that eating or drinking something with sugar in it helps these feelings. I know sugar is bad for you, but hypglycemia is bad too. Just a suggestion. Next time you feel that way try a glass of juice or something. It may also be completely from the Digesics too. I'm glad you see the doctor soon.
