Tanya, I take percocet for pain. It can make you pretty drunk if you don't have much of a tolerance. If I take it at work, I'll just take 1/2 of one pill to take the edge off so that I can still function and drive if necessary. My doc has me on Voltarin also. Its an anti inflamatory, stronger than Naproxen. It has helped alot with the back pain. Alyson
