Diagnosed without symptomsFrom: Kate (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed Mar 8 04:12:54 2006
Hi, I was wondering whether anyone was diagnosed incidentally? Meaning, did you go to the doctor for something totally unrelated and eventually were told you had endometriosis? My scenario is I had a surveillance ultrasound of my liver (annual) due to my mother and sister dying of primary liver cancer. They thought they saw a spot on my liver and fluid surrounding it. So I had a CT and found only the fluid. The suggestion was made that it could be endometriosis but I have 2 kids, never infertile, no pain during menstruation. I'm just wondering. KD
