Hi Loretta, thank you for the reply. I understand your concern, but I know I cannot be pregnant because my husband had a vasectomy 5 years ago and he is my only sexual partner, so I know I could not be pregnant in any way. I called the doc the other day to set up the appointment, and they said they were going to try to get me in sooner than the 23rd, but they never called back. I am also due for a Pap, it's been about 3 years since my last one, so I'm thinking of waiting till the bleeding stops before I get the pap done. My insurance is self pay unfortunately and very expensive, so if I can lump it all into one doctor visit, the less it will cost me.

My cramps are subsiding a bit now. Maybe the Tylenol is helping. But I still have that pressure feeling down low and pain in my back. I know after a few days, the pain will subside completely, and I'll just wait till my next cycle to see if it happens again. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't, but the past couple days have definitely been the worst ever. I'm sick and tired of having a uterus. I don't have a need for one anymore since I'm done having kids.
