Yes sounds like a sign of endo. I had the same feeling- could be endo involving your bowels. I am very gassy too. I had a pilonidol cyst on my tail bone before and that was PAINFUL, if i feel pressure or sore on my tailbone i gegt frantic. I used to think i had a bad back when the endo would flare up during the month, sometimes i was confined to bed thinking i pulled a muscle (when i didn't) before i connected it to my cycle. Good luck--try motrin or get dr. strength to anti-inflamatory and gas-x for the gas.
