I totally get the same pain but mine is now constant. When I had my
lap. my doc said that my uterus is enlarged and boggy and he is
suspecting I have adenomyosis and that is probably when is causing my
back pain. I have talked to a lot of others with adeno and low back
pain like what you discribed is common.
