I usually always have the pain around my tail bone...Its more of a bruised feeling...soreness. I asked my doctor and she basically said it wasnt related to endo...but i know of a couple people who have endo and that same sensation. Pretty much all of my lower back is in pain, but for me its my left ovary that hurts. What about stretching...Sometimes in the morning if i stretch the wrong way i feel like im pulling something and almost fall over from the pain. Its like it feels as though something is attached- and by stretching (sitting quickly) your tearing it/ pulling apart. Def not alone.
