Hi, I would like to add to this if I may. Fish Oil is awsome for your
body for many reasons but please ASK your Doctor before you start taking
it. Fish Oil in the wrong quantities can be bad for you or when mixed
with certain medications can cause blood clots. I only know this
because my best friend died unexpectantly from taking herbal suplements
that were suppose to be safe. Well, she took too much of a good thing
and it caused a heart attack. She was only 33 years old. I don't mean
to scare anyone but just because something is natural doesn't mean its
good for you and for your body. Be aware of the dose as well as how the
supplement interacts with other supplements and/or medications.
Good luck everyone. I'm meeting with Dr. Cook tomorrow and am going to
ask him what he reccomends for me. I can't wait to get started with my
new suplements. Hopefully they will help. Any help would be great.
