Sami~ I too am taking the omega 3 fish oil and vitamin e as well as Ester C. It's been doing wonders for me. I think my body is like woe thank you for adding things I'm certain I'd been depriving it of. I hate fish and the only fish I like is my dads which he catches and such. I'm limited on certain foods b/c of stomach issues so I guess I knew I needed something to help get them into my system. I at first was taking them in the morning and got well overly relaxed so I take them at bedtime now instead and my sleepless nights are no more. the vitamin E also helps with pain..found an article on it on Endo research. http://www.endometriosis.org/vitaminE.html

http://www.theendoclub.com/naturaltreatments.htm Lori's sight explaind it well on other herbs.. Estrogen is metabolized in the liver. Herbs that fortify the liver will speed up estrogen clearance from the body. Estrogen that is not metabolized by the liver will continue to circulate and exert it effect on the body, worsening any developing endometriosis The most impressive research has been done on a special extract of milk thistle (Silybum marianum) known as silymarin, a group of flavonoids compounds. These compounds protect the liver from damage and enhance the detoxification process I love reading your post thanks for sharing Sudsey
