Kristina,
I also had excruciating pain in my rib cage, shoulders after Lap in late
Dec. Hot water bottles & heat packs helped to reveive the pain for me
together with pain killers.
Its the Co2 gas that was left inside you from the lap, although
unpleasent and painful it will pass with rest. The more you lie down
the faster it will pass.
