First of all... Thank you for serving our country. It makes me sad
that our government cannot take care of you. I think you should come
home. Also, your body may be telling you "slow down" and pay attention
to me".Dr. Christiane Northrup has a great book (Womens Bodies Womens
Wisdom). As a natural approach she recommends no dairy or animal fats.
Also, she says to have two massages a month for a two month period and
take a multi vitamin/mineral supplement as well as EFA (fish oils,
Evening Primrose). I don't know how hard it will be to restrict your
diet in Iraq but if possible you can try it. I was misdiagnosed for
seven years before having two laser surgeries. I have a three year old
daughter so you can get pregnant. I did have to use Clomid because I
ovulated irregular. Good luck and come home! Thank you again.
