Hey, I can understand the difficult circumstances you are in and having to return to work. Just take it as easy as you can and if it hurts - don't do it! Get some flax seeds and wheat germ - that'll help out heaps. Put them in your cerial (muesli) and fruit smoothies. Eat heaps of fruit and vegies as you can. I can't think of anything else, but these are great. Someone did mention Metamusil in another post. I found I was bloated for months...actually, nearly 3 mths later I am still bloated! So don't stress too much as I think it's the gas as well that bloats. Are you in pain or just not going to the loo? Eat plenty of fibre. Good luck and may the #2's no longer be with you ;P Tan
