I'm in almost the same situation, I'm 35 and the only symptom of endo I
had was infertility, after my lap in 11/05 I was diagnosed stage III and
my doc. wanted me on lupron before trying to conceive to give my body
time to rest (I know that is not what most doc recommend, but I am
seeing an R/E next week to get my fertility options). If I decide to
try to conceive or not(my husband and I are not sure if we want to go
through IVF or adopt) my doc recommended ovarian suppression until
menapause. We havent' discussed in detail since I'm on Lupron and Nuva
Ring right now. I havent' gotten a second opinion on her long term
treatment plan yet.
