Going through all of the blanks, in the category "reproductive" I of course had to check a box for Endometriosis (we have our own box.) Since I'm finishing up my Lupron Treatment, I marked that, but what state to I list as my condition being? Am I considered in remission? I'm not sure I know what to put. Any help is appreciated!
