I'm in your same boat. I can't take any IBU for the next two weeks also for a lap. Tylenol doesn't do anything for me either. Tramadol/Ultram was not on my doctors not-to-take list and it works for me. Do you have any of that or maybe your doctor can get you a few pills to get you through the next weeks? Its non-narcotic. I have also found that warm decaf green tea does help a little, as well as avoiding caffeine and alcohol. I had a few glasses of wine yesterday and today I feel EXTREMELY nauseated and I'm in a lot more pain. I think my endo has made me intolerant to a lot of those kind of substances. If you find out something works, let me know!
