Becca,

I felt the same way after my lap. My brain said get up and go, my body said rest and stop. Follow your body:) Its good to start moving, but take things slow. Your energy will come back in time. It may take a whole week and a half before you feel like you can do your chores and hobbies without being tired. I'm sorry to hear about your grandpa also. Take care of yourself, my prayers are with you through this time.
