Good god yah it's normal! lol .. I had mine on wednesday, and still today I have the energy now to move around for about 45 min to an hour, then I need to lay down and rest. Took a nap about 2 hours ago, just so I could go and get some groceries right after (planning ahead) and now I am just about to go and nap again.

The surgeries seem to just wipe us out, our bodies are trying to heal, and to top it off, we still have the pain, but more pain now. Also, if your on any pain meds, they could be making you tired as well.

I would suggest moving around in small amounts. get up, walk around, do something small, and go and lay down again. Tomorrow you will notice things will be easier to do, and you wont be as tired as quickly.

I'll let you know when I feel "normal" again, as you are one day behind me post-op.

Good luck !
