I think it's illegal because of the industries that would be
affected...mainly the pharmaceutical companies. Although, they would
probably be on board to dispense. A great book to get is Jack Herrer's
The Emperor Wears No Clothes. It gives a telling account of the
criminalization. The history is incredible. Eating after cooking in
recipes provides the best pain relief.
