-- Woodstock here I come!!! Kidding~ I do indulge in a bit here and there specifically for pain issues. Use to be for enjoyment as a teen :) Then I quit for yrs & yrs. (guess I grew up??) Well,..now I find it helpful,..for my horrible days~ At night its great for relaxing and falling asleep. I'll check out the site mentioned. Thanks Tracey
