David, this won't really answer your question but I had an adhesion with my fallopian tube being wrapped around my ovary, the doctor went in laproscopically and unadhered it and he said that the way he did the procedure that the adhesion should never happen again. I didn't question him I was still a bit groggy and just wanted to get home at the time. But there has to be a way to stop them at least to wome degree from what I understood from what the doctor said. Rhonda
