Erin,

I know women who benefited from Lupron for 2 years after they stopped taking Lupron. It's a gamble, unfortunately. At the very least you will be pain free for 6 months...you need to decide whether or not you can handle hot flashes, etc. in lieu of the pain. For me, it's worth it. Hope this helps.
