Tramadol/Ultram for endo pain.

Has anyone taken Tramadol/Ultram for endo pain? Of ALL of the treatments that I have taken and been put through, Tramadol has given the best relief. It takes about one and half hours to kick in and then I have pain relief. It stops uterine contractions and true menstrual/endo related pain. It is a centrally acting analgesic and is non-narcotic. I find that it does not put me to sleep or affect my thinking process at all. It just relaxes muscles and seems to relax what I believe is nerve pain (shooting down a leg) associated with the disease. Anyone tried it?
