Hi! First, congrats on your upcoming wedding! That's great news. I would definitely call your doctor and let her know you are having pain. You asked what you should be looking for, and that's it right there....pain. Pain is your body's way of giving a warning sign to you that something isn't quite right. It probably is nothing, but wouldn't you feel better having your doctor tell you that rather than just guessing yourself? If she won't tell you anything or you feel she isn't listening to you, either make her listen or find another doctor who will. There's no reason you should have to deal with pain on your own. Good luck to you and your future husband!
