Hi Dana,

Sorry you are having the heavy bleeding. It really sucks. I hope I'm not sounding like a broken record to some of you who read me, but it sounds like adenomyosis, which is endometriosis inside the uterus. I have it too and it makes you bleed and clot and birth control pills stop working with it after awhile. Ask your doc about taking two BC pills a day to get the bleeding to slow down. Once it slows you can go back to one. Or you can give yourself a bleed week and take them cyclically. Some women can't take the pill continuously without bleeding all the time. Also talk with your doctor about taking 800mg advil to reduce the bleeding. Those things worked with me and I hope they work for you. Hope your lap goes smoothly.
