Re: Has anyone tried a change in diet? to Hela & others suffering from endo

From: Alexandra (anonymous@obgyn.net)

Hello: Congratulations on your succeses! I am really happy for you. I am willing to try those diet changes, but I am sad to report that in Guatemala, my country, it is virtually impossible to obtain organic food. And the few things that you can find are almost impossible to pay. (They are imported almost always) So it will be a little bit hard. However if you could give me some simple advices on the minimum to do I would be very thankfull.

Good luck, Alexandra.
