Re: Vitamins to help aid Endo pain

Toni,
I currently take Evening Primrose Oil, Vitamin E, and I add milled flax
seed to my cereal in the morning. I also take a multi vitamin (Women's
One a Day) in the evenings. I talked to the pharmacist prior to adding
any of these vitamins, so far so good. My doc and I also discussed the
evening primrose and Vit E "cocktail" and he thought it was a good idea.
I wish I could say that I experienced a significant difference in my
symptoms....I started all of this prior to my surgery when I think
nothing but the surgery was going to make a difference and I have
continued because it can't hurt and I am hoping that it will help keep
me healthy to keep my symptoms at bay as long as possible.
Check with your insurance company about the accupuncture. Mine saved me
$15 a visit...doesn't seem like much when you are still paying $60 out
of pocket, but it adds up.
