Robbie, I would plan on about a week out of work. You'll probably start to feel better around the third or fourth day, but it is really easy to get tired. I had my most recent lap on a Thursday, stayed in bed through the weekend, did some work on my lap top in between naps on Monday and Tuesday, and then went in for just two hours on Wednesday to start breaking myself in. I may be totally over anxious, but I didn't even get out of bed or up and down from the potty without some assistance for the first couple of days. I just didn't want to use my abs AT ALL! Alyson
