I realize that many people here have an extremely difficult time getting pregnant so this answer is not as simple for them. For others it is quite simple, have sex every day. My husband and I did this for our 3 children. It took four months with child number 1 (but that was kind of by accident as my husband thought he was infertile, NOT!), 2 months for child number 2, and immediately for child number 3. I have all of my 38 year old friends just now having their kids tell me all the time the doctors have them on these strict regimines of do it this day, but not that, and do this or that. I say hogwash. Just have sex everyday so you don't miss your ovulation window which most times can only be 24 hours!
