Do you actually have a rash or just itchy skin? I have an unexplained rash on the inside of my right arm, over my right hip bone, and near both of my ankles. It flares up when my symptoms are bad. In fact it hasn't flared up since my surgery 3 months ago and then I had a bad week of pain last week and all of a sudden there it was again!! I've seen two dermatologists, had it biopsied, used steroid creams to treat it...the biopsies showed that it is an allergic reaction, but the allergist can't figure out why it would consistently pop up in those areas every time and not somewhere else...so as of now it is still a mystery!
