Hareem, It took me a full week to get back on my feet. I had laser ablation of the endo, but also had a large endometrioma excised. I also had a minor bladder complication that may have contributed to the recovery time. Your recovery time will also depend on how you heal, how much rest you are able to get, etc. I would think that the cross country travel and time change may tire you out a bit. I'm sure someone that has had more excision done may be able to give you a good idea. Alyson
