J, I'm on Aygestin...it isn't a birth control pill per se, but I take it continuously to keep from having a period and I have noticed a marked decrease in my libido along with vaginal dryness and fatigue. I have not consulted my doctor though. I guess I just figured that it was the price I had to pay to feel better. I think anything you take long term that decreases your estrogen levels would likely have a similar effect. Alyson
