Endometriosis & colon problems

Hello, I've had laparoskopy 3 years ago that revealed endometriosis (4th stadium). The cysts were removed during surgery and I was on the pill afterwards. However, about 6 months ago, I stopped taking the pill and now I am having painful periods again. The painful periods were my only symptom 3 years ago. I went to a different gynecologist at that time, however, who saw a dark cyst on one of my ovaries that was already 4.5cm big. Anyway, I do have a different symptom this time and am wondering whether this really has to do with endometriosis (BTW, I have an appointment with my gynecologist in January). Two days before my period starts, during my period and about 1-2 days afterwards, there is slimy blood (of a darkish red) on my stool. The thing I find confusing is that during the other days, there is this slimy stuff on my stool as well, but it is white then. So I am wondering whether I should mention this to my gynecologist or seek an appointment with a gastroenterologist. Has anyone experienced something similar? The surgery I had 3 years ago was performed by my gynecologist in his office. He is licensed to do so (I am from Germany), performs small surgeries once a week and has a team of anaesthetists (I don't know whether the spelling is correct) during that day in his office. Greetings from Germany & a happy New Year, Melanie
