I had a lot of trouble with vitamins and threw up my whole first
pregnancy with pre-natals, but took them anyway because I was scared to
do otherwise. The second pregnancy I took Centrum because that was all
I could stomach. The third pregnancy I took Folic Acid as my doc said
that is the most important like Jennifer mentioned. I also took Centrum
again, but always on a full stomach or otherwise I was sick.
