Re: Centrum instead of Prenatal Vitamins

I had a lot of trouble with vitamins and threw up my whole first pregnancy with pre-natals, but took them anyway because I was scared to do otherwise. The second pregnancy I took Centrum because that was all I could stomach. The third pregnancy I took Folic Acid as my doc said that is the most important like Jennifer mentioned. I also took Centrum again, but always on a full stomach or otherwise I was sick. Congratulations on your pregnancy!!

Best to you and your new baby,
