I have this same feeling. It feels like I have to pee really, really bad but I could still hold it for hours. It's very much as you desribed. I told my doc it felt like I have a "stiff bladder" but it has progressed from a stiff feeling to a painful one. It does not burn when I pee usually, but it has on a few occasions. The painful full/stiff feeling is worst in the morning and whenever my pelvic pain it really bad.

I haven't been diagnosed with anything yet though. It is down to Endo, IC, Irritable Bowel, or a disorder of the nervous system.

I hope you find an answer to your probelms.
