Painful bladder?

Hi there. I'm new to this site, but not to endometriosis. I was diagnosed a few years ago and have had a lap, followed by a hysterectomy a year later. Both surgeries gave me relief for a couple of months and thats it. Between the lap and the hyst i spent four months taking "danazol" (i think that is how it is spelt) which didn't help at all. Now it has been almost two years since my hyst and i am waiting for an MRI to see if the endo is in my ovaries. If it is, than they will also be removed, and if not i will start Lupron. But my main question is, does anyone have bladder pain with their endo? I have the worst bladder pain. It feels like i have held my bladder to the point of pain, but i'm not holding anything. Yet it is the same pain as my endo pain. I'm not sure if this is making any sense, but i am getting desperate. My MRI isn't until the end of may and i take Advil four at a time to take the edge of the pain. I have been checked over and over for IUT's but the tests always come back clear. Is this normal endo pain or is there something else going on that is not being picked up by bloodtests? Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any info you can give to me. Jo
