Amber, I have been using the natural progesterone cream and omega 3 fish oil pills, along with a better diet and a super high quality multivitamin/mineral. All were prescribed by my Dr. after a Lap and my not wanting to go on Lupron. I have to say I have had a remarkable reduction to my pain. I have been healthier overall, everyone around me is getting colds and sniffles and I have not had any. My periods are more normal, cramping is less, and I have no more PMS ( wait let me go ask my hubby) LOL. I can't go all organic (too expensive for me right now) But I try to make that choice when I can. Also the biggie is meat they pump animals full of hormones that in turn go into our bodies creating inbalances. Look for Amish chicken and meat that says no hormones. The biggest problem is giving up chocolate and sugar and caffiene. I like my tea sweet in the morning, I need to work on that one. Good luck. Bev
