I usually just take a couple Tums. 2-3 a day. If you are worried about constipation, try eating a couple dried apricots when you take the calcium. Or an over the counter stool softener. A non-stimulant one like Colace works pretty good. But I'd definitely check with your doctor before taking anything medicinal.
