Tubal Pregnancy is nothing to take Lightly and needs attention ASAP as it can rupture the tube and in some cases can be fatal. I'd call the doctor and explain what you have experienced and get checked out ASAP.. Pain of Endo can come in so many forms with many faces it's certainly hard to tell which pain is more serious but the fact you suspect a tubal pregnancy I'd say call the Doc or go to the ER. Sex and endo go hand in hand ALOT.. If endo or adhesions are mucking with certain area's you are more likely to have pain with intercourse..I always say when in doubt have it checked out.. Better to be safe then sorry too.. Could also be an ovarian Cyst..There is no way for us to know exactly what your pain is and so many things have similar symptoms that it's at best guessing until you are seen by a doctor..Any pain that is bad enough can cause a person to pass out.. Lower back pain can come from alot of things endo related or not from kidney infections to stones to bladder infections to Periods to endo to back problems..One sided pelvic pain can be ovarian cyst on one ovary too so it's real hard to say and I know myself I like to look things up myself to know what it could be then follow it up with a doctor for testing and what not to know for sure. Let us know how it goes and I wish you the best.. Hugs Sudsey
