lots of pain need answers????

I recently had sexual intercourse with my fiance. Two days after this, I started having really bad pelvic pain on my left side. I'm 20 years old and have had a very high risk pregnancy, I looked up information on tubule pregnancies. It said symptoms are pelvic pain, near fainting, low abdominal pain on one side, lower back pain and I have recently been experiencing all of this signs. My question is should I be concerned and go to the doctor or just give it a few days and see if the pain goes away. Is there any chance that this is what I am experiencing? Thank you,
