Hi Ladies... I'm here to try and get some info. I haven't been on for awhile because my symptoms have been better than usual. But, just a quick catch up -- I just got off the pill December 10th to start trying to get pregnant. Everything was going alright. I had spotting for about 4 days but wasn't sure what to make of it because it didn't feel like a full blown period. Anyway, last night my husband and I were leaving the movies and as soon as i stood up I was in horrendous pain. Cramping all across the pelvis and radiating into my back, mainly my left side (kidney area). I went home and urinated, I thought I might be starting my period, but there was absolutely nothing. I have not been in so much pain in a very long time. I laid down in fetal position for awhile and rested until it got to be bearable. It got good enough for me to lay down and fall asleep. I woke up this minor with minor pain (compared to last night) and feeling weak. Now, I mainly have pain in my kidney area in the back and a little in the pelvic, but it's minimal. I am fatigued and a little out of it. I just don't know what to think. I have been feeling the need to pee more often, but no pain or anyhting like an infection. Took a home preg test on Saturday and it was negative.

Can somebody please offer some advice as to what this could be?

Had it lasted much longer last night I would have gone to the hospital. Luckily it didn't, but I'm still worried.

Thank you in advance for your help.
