Bless those of you who really want to keep your wombs. I don't. But I'm having to jump through hoops to get it out. Never mind that I have chronic issues, chronic cystic cervicitis, monthly pain that brings me to my knees and puts me into cold sweats and just this month got to the point of bringing me to tears; never mind that I have to scrub my bathroom every time I change a tampon because it looks like a crime scene and all my sheets and half my pants are ruined every month. I take vitamins/iron so I'm not anemic; all my lab results are normal; I have no fibroids; I am perfectly healthy - but I have cramps that are worse than labor pains ever were every month for two days and I can't go out during that time - if I do I have to carry baby wipes and a change of clothing. And the cramps aren't intermittent like labor pains are - they stick around. Make me lightheaded and woozy and hot and nearly pass out. Even my knees hurt. Just venting - it just amazes me that those of us who could benefit from a hysterectomy and desperately want one...can't get one... B.
