Hey, Mine did the same thing. The one in my belly button broke off just above the skin and left a weird little point that eventually went away. The other one stayed in for about six weeks with just one side of it sticking out. I started noticing some irritation and gave it a little tug one morning and it came out. It was a little goopy w/puss and left a hole. I cleaned it up the area with some peroxide and the hole filled in. The scar is hard, but everything looks OK now. Maybe give it a little more time and call the doc back if they still don't fall out. Alyson
