I have had a few laps by now and it seems that I do great for about 6 months to a year after each one, but then the pain from the adhesions comes back again and I'm back in the same place I was before the surgey. I've tried just about anything that the doctors suggest to relieve pain without the surgery but have had no luck. recently however, I found a link to a website for a group that is using a type of massage therapy to help release adhesions. I'm trying to save up the money so i can go and try out this new treatment, but I was wondering if anyone out there has tried this or knows anyone that has.
