Kristina, I had to stop any kind of impact exercise. I pretty much stick to just yoga and walking now. I used to use the elipse machine and do some weight training. It actually took me a few times to put two and two together. Not sure if I had talked to you, or someone else about this but, try talking to your doctor about an anti inflamatory such as Anaprox. I can't say it made a huge difference for me, but some people have great luck with it. Alyson
