I totally agree with the others that you need to go to a GYN someone that will listen to you. Make sure that your family doctor sends all of the records over to your GYN. LIke many of us I had chocolate cysts mine covered my ovaries but what I didn't understand at the time is that a chocolate cyst is Endo (or could be endo). Correct me anyone if I am wrong. I wasn't having periods or only spotting because I couldn't ovulate the right way with endo covering my ovaries. I had a lap done Oct 13th and I had found the cysts thru a CT Scan and then ultrasound to back up the CT scan-my doc said ct scans are not good for diagnosing or finding reproductive problems. That was about 3 weeks before the lap so I think I got in and got everythign done fast. I was having massive pain on my left side the night before surgery and I had had pain off and on their. During the lap my doc found that my fallopian tube had adhered around my ovary and he fixed that. SO you could have other reasons for your pain that all those other tests just didn't show. Bottom line listen to all of us and get a different doc so that you can get better. Hope you are having a better day. Rhonda
