I had 2 chocolat cysts, the one on my right overy went from my overy to my stomach the left one reputered. Yes ouch it hurt. I had to have emgerency surgery to have them removed. I would greately reccomend getting a new doctor ASAP. I drive one way to see my doctor and it takes 3 hours, but he is a specialist in endo so thats why i do it. I don't know what activities can hurt you mine i think reputered in the shower cause thats why i fell over in pain. It also dpendes how big the cysts are if they will do a lap. mine was a pretty 12 inch insecision then months later a lap, They should be wanting to get that cyst out ASASP i don't understad why he is waiting . Good Luck .. Vicki
