I have had endometriosis on and off since I was 24. I am now 40. For the last year I haven't had a period and my Doctor thinks I may be in eary menopause. She just did tests yesterday to confirm it. However, I've been having cramping and pelvic pain for the last 2 months and the pain is very similiar to the pain I had whenever my endometriosis was present. It feels like someone is sitting on my bladder. I had a lap done a few years ago and the doctor found endo on my bladder along with my ovaries. Both my sisters have had hysterectomies for this problem. Should I think about having one done also? Has anyone else had bladder symptoms with their endo? And has anyone else had symptoms when there was no period? Pleeeease let me know. My doctor thinks that I am crazy and that I am imaging the pain. I know you all have heard that line before!! Any comments would be greatly appreciated!Thanks.
