I have past stage 4 and also have adhesions. I am off all medicans. i did the shots, orals, my doc tried me on it all. none of them helped. I stoped taking orals in october. i had a laprascopy done 10-11 and in novemeber i grew a bunch of cysts back in my overys. the hormones made me an emotional messs. You have to remeber if you have stage 4 of endo it can and will cause adhesions. So some of your pain can also be from that. Good luck... Hope i was a little helpful Vicki
