Thank you for the words of support. I know that I must be very
physical. I might try one of the therma pads. I drink hot tea at home
but at work it just isn't conducive to doing that. I work in a home
improvement warehouse, Lowes to be exact. The warmth seems to help. I
use rice pillows at night. I also have noticed as long as I don't let
the pain meds wear off completely I'm able to survive. I let them wear
off the other day and you know for some silly reason I was crying when
my boss was questioning my integrity and work ethic.
