I'm sorry to hear that you're in so much pain. I am going to offer a couple of suggestions in dealing with the pain. While heating pads are nice you can't really sleep with them. I have made rice pillows (jasmin scented long grain rice, a hand towel, some stichwitchery) which I toss into the microwave for 3-5 minutes. The rice has a relaxing scent you can add lavender potpouri if you want. The rice is a moist heat and will remain hot for quite some time. I made these for my daughters and I to use at that time. They work wonderfully. We actually bought some soft flannel and made them as Christmas gifts and gave them out to everyone we know. Don't over fill the bags and certainly don't use instant rice (learned that the hard way ;) ). This way you could actually make several and have them mold to your body and where it is aching. They are good also as foot bedwarmers. The next thing, peppermint hot tea is an excellent way to deal with abdominal pain. Fennel is good too. Sometimes people are able to take the ibuprofen (up to 800 mg at a time) with some limited relief. I have one daughter that only can take Advil liquid gels for relief. Regular advil doesn't work. I'm going to ask you what type of birth control you are using. Sometimes the pill can effect you positively or negatively. Sounds like you may have endo but you may also have a bowel obstruction or something more serious. If you can look up the planned parenthood .com and find a location in your area because they do have a sliding scale and you may be able to receive medical treatment for your possible endo for little to no money. If not hun, I hate to say it but perhaps a job with medical benefits would become a necessity. I know these type of things are not inexpensive. I had a cousin many years ago that had to go to the "state ran clinic" and she got butchered big time so please go to PP or to a decent doctor to find out what is really wrong. Self-diagnosis is not a wise thing. You may have the symptoms but you also may have something else.

(this is a place that has a sliding scale for payment and a place women can get medical care. It sounds like you really need to see a doctor. I hope you feel good soon.
